Our large 55 square metre Education Room can seat up to 30 children or 20 adults in workshop layout or up to 40 in talk & conference layout, or can be cleared for events like drama workshops or floor based work (we would suggest a capacity no more than 20 participants for the latter).
Whilst carpeted the Room also has a wet work area for art activities or as a space for refreshments, a galley kitchen and audiovisual equipment including large touchscreen monitor. We are fully accessible with a mobile hearing aid induction loop, step-free access and an accessible toilet less than 10m from the Room.
The Education Room is a school and community-led space and can be booked for self-led workshops; we will also consider bookings for meetings and similar functions on a case by case basis.
