In the final week of our summer holiday activities, we’re all about the dinosaurs!
On the 26th and 27th of August, make pine cone dinosaurs with us.
On the 28th, local fossil expert Steve Friedrich will be back at Folkestone with his fossil roadshow. Meet one of the team who discovered the dinosaur footprints on the Warren, and find out about his latest discoveries.
On the 29th of August, meet the Dinobabies! These hatchlings are back at Folkestone Museum for another year. Meet them at the museum and find out more about the dinosaurs who wandered in Folkestone 110 million or so years ago.
Our family activities are designed for children and young people under 13. We’ll run four activity sessions a day at 10:30, 11:30, 13:30 and 14:30. When you arrive at the museum before your chosen session, please pick up your FREE timed ticket at the main reception desk! Tickets are first come, first served on the day – we don’t allow booking in advance.
